• How long are member surf sessions valid for?

  If you are on a monthly plan you are issued surf sessions monthly which are valid for 30 days but can be booked to the extent of the Members booking period. If you are on an pay upfront annual plan, all sessions are issued at the time of purchase and you have the ability to use when and how you please, over 12 months.

• Can I upgrade or change my membership plan?

  Yes and from now until 12 May 2025 there are bonus surfs available for switching to the new membership plans available. You can make this change and take advantage of extra surfs by chatting to the team at the park or contacting guest services. You are welcome to upgrade or switch your memberships at anytime. This can be done with the guest services team at the park or email[email protected]. From September 2025 your membership will be rolled on to the new membership plan unless you opt out during the opt out period. For example, Aqua Intermediate or Aqua Advanced will roll into Aqua.

• What happens if I upgrade or change my membership?

  Congratulations you have signed up for another 12 months. Your payment will be taken on the day of changeover and your Member surf sessions will be allocated to your account.

• Can I have multiple memberships?

  Yes, you can have multiple memberships or memberships with multipacks. Members always score the best value surfing.

• Where can I find and redeem my benefits?

  All membership benefits are listed when you log into the Member Portal. Click Exclusive Member Benefits to see all benefits listed with instructions on how to redeem.

• How do I move an already booked session?

  Currently to move an already booked session please contact guest services. We are working towards being able to move your booked sessions and will be a feature available soon.   

• Can other people use my membership?

  Your membership is accessible only for one member at a time. Memberships and multipacks are not shareable. Please see our full Terms& Conditions

• Can I pause or cancel my membership?

  Memberships become rolling monthly memberships after the initial 12 month term. Memberships cannot be cancelled in the first 12 months. They can be transferred in specific circumstances. We can pause payments for medical-related pauses up to 3 months beyond the initial 12 month term and with supporting documentation. Payments can be paused up to 1 month without supporting documents.

• For Foundation Members and Early Bird Upfront Sydney Members, what happens to remaining entitlements?

  All entitlements must be booked by midnight 12th May, they will not roll over. If you purchase a new membership now, you will all have access to your new entitlements as well.
