URBNSURF Melbourne, Australia’s first surf park is currently under construction and is set to open in Q1, 2019. We are now seeking a motivated Reservations & Ticketing Manager to become a core member of the team responsible for the online and onsite customer experience at URBNSURF Melbourne.
The successful candidate will work alongside the General Manager to create and manage a seamless reservations and ticketing procedure and guest management process that enhances the overall URBNSURF experience. The role will give you the opportunity to ensure your team shares the ‘stoke’ with each guest they assist and to provide a helpful, efficient and a memorable experience.
The successful candidate will ideally possess an appropriate tertiary qualification, coupled with a minimum of 5-years’ experience in a similar reservations or ticketing role. The candidate will possess an extensive knowledge of website and point-of-sale systems with a working knowledge of the CustomLinc booking system being highly regarded. You should be proficient in analysing ticket sales data and working within a team to create new products.
The role will suit an enthusiastic, practically minded individual who is empathetic and analytical in their efforts to assist each guest. The individual must be able to adapt to trends, adjust strategies, and lead a team to ensure URBNSURF is an essential destination to visit. The Reservations & Ticketing Manager role will have a probationary period of 6 months.
