B2B Sales Manager


URBNSURF Melbourne, Australia’s first surf park, is currently under construction and is set to open in Q1, 2019. We are now seeking a motivated B2B Sales Manager to become a core member of the team responsible for managing and delivering B2B sales at URBNSURF Melbourne.

The successful candidate will report to URBNSURF Melbourne’s General Manager and work with the Brand + Marketing Manager to implement and drive a variety of B2B sales and events campaigns, promotions and relationships that generate and secure demand for unique and exciting URBNSURF experiences. The successful candidate will already have an extensive, existing B2B sales network in Melbourne to attract schools, tour groups, corporates and other organisations to #surfmore.

The successful candidate will ideally possess an appropriate tertiary qualification, as well as having a proven track record in: cultivating and delivering B2B sales from schools, tour groups, corporates and public organisations, territory planning, generating new sales leads, working with the Brand + Marketing Manager to create compelling proposals, closing deals and managing sales pipelines. The ideal candidate may have worked in selling packages, functions, events and/or sponsorships to targeted organisations, both large and small. You will know your way around writing proposals, delivering presentations and pricing up customised solutions from a range of pre-prepared B2C and B2B products.

The role will suit a highly enthusiastic, practically minded sales professional who is driven and commercially minded in their pursuit of sales targets. The individual must be able to adapt to trends, implement and recommend adjustments to strategies, and spread the word: URBNSURF is an iconic and must-visit destination.

A remuneration package comprising a solid base, plus an agreed commission structure, will be offered commensurate with the successful candidate’s skills, experience and alignment to the role.
