URBNSURF is revolutionising surfing in Australia by designing, developing and operating world-class surf parks that will make surfing more convenient, safe and accessible than ever. The group has projects in Melbourne and Sydney with plans to develop multiple locations across Australia over the next few years.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Manager to become a core member of the team responsible for the delivery and operation of URBNSURF Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a new team and supporting the General Manager to develop and deliver processes from onboarding to ongoing staff support and training. You will be an integral part of creating a unique culture with customers at the heart of every interaction.

We are looking for an individual who is adept at identifying talent, enjoys challenges and being part of the business growth journey. Ideally possessing an appropriate tertiary qualification and at least 8 years of experience working in similar roles, you must possess proficient knowledge of both Victorian and Australian FairWork rules and guidelines. The role is currently a contract position and may suit an experience or former HR executive looking for part-time work to suit their lifestyle or needs. Flexibility will be available in arranging how outcomes can be delivered.
