We’re looking for smart, dedicated and fun-loving Customer Experience Crew to join our ticketing, guest services, retail and hire teams at URBNSURF Melbourne.
The URBNSURF mission is to build and operate world-class surf parks in Australia – starting with URBNSURF Melbourne on Airport Drive, Tullamarine – that deliver high quality man-made waves and authentic surfing experiences to new and existing surfers of all ages, experience and ability.
Our strategic intent is for URBNSURF Melbourne to be commercially successful, and be seen as the market leader in the creation of authentic surf experiences.
Within this context, the Customer Experience Crew will contribute to the strategic intent by ensuring exceptional customer experiences are delivered to our guests while at URBNSURF Melbourne, including at ticketing, in providing tailored assistance and managing guest queries, while shopping at Lagoon Supply Co. (our surf shop), and when hiring boards, wetsuits and other surf hardware from our Surf Rental store.

Required skills and experience
-Customer service experience, with proven experience in ticketing, guest services, retail and/or hire operations being preferred
-First Aid Certificate
-Working With Children Check
-Hands on problem solver
-Superior fluency in spoken and written English, with proficiency in other languages a bonus!
